RARE FIND! Excellent Vintage Condition Gunne Sax Style Dress.

1970s 70s Baby Pink Hippie Maxi Dress Gunne Sax-Style Inspired Daisy Lace Prom. 1970s petal pink Gunne Sax-inspired maxi dress in polyester with ruffle hem. Sheer bishop sleeves with wide cuffs. Floral daisy lace trim. Peasant/corset inspired construction at bodice. This style is very similar to Gunnes I have had before in my collection! -Tags: Maker’s tag, “Mikey, Jrs of California.” No other tags. -Closure: Nylon zipper and hook and eye at back. Nylon zippers at cuffs. -Comp: Not marked, probably polyester, maybe other materials as well. No size marked. Some stretch. Please go by measurements. Bust 35”-37” (might be able to fit another inch or two in the front due to peasant panel) Waist 28” (no stretch) Hips about 36” max to fit correctly Length shoulder to hem 55” Sleeve length from seam 24” Armhole opening 16.5” Bicep circumference 16” Wrist circumference 8”-9” Shoulders seam to seam 14.5”-16.5” Condition: This dress is about 50 years old, and it is in good condition! No structural concerns that I have found. The zippers are a little stiff and could be waxed, but they’re functional. The fabric is slightly pilly. There are some very faint stains on the front of the skirt and along the hem (as well as a small one in the back of the skirt), circled in pics. I have not tried to treat the stains. Price reflects concerns.
