RARE FIND - JOSEPH ANTELL HANDBAG - Made in Italy

I was given this handbag by my aunt, who was unable to provide me any information on where or when she had gotten it. I've found a trademark registration number for Joseph Antell handbags, late 50's -- but no items with his trademark other than shoes. "Made in Italy" is printed on the Joseph Antell tag. The outer looks like leather but leather is not indicated; the inside I'd say is definitely man-made material. Measurements: Width: 9" Height: 6" Side profile: 1" when closed - accordion pleat design. 1" handle, 5-1/2" drop. Handle can be removed Snap close. Two inside sections, one having a zippered pocket. These appear to be constructed of man-made material.
