RARE Girl's White Smocked Cotton Dress Pink Embroidery Boutique Size 2/3

This little girls 100% Cotton Dress is super sweet! Nothing says Summer like a lightweight white cotton dress. The rounded neckline is done in a pleated ruffle. Both sides of the bodice have smocking with double rows of pink embroidery. The center of the bodice has a single inverted pleat with pink bullion roses with green leaves.
