@happyeclectic sides are adjustable so can be cinched all the way to 27-28in (low waist not smallest part of waist meant to be low waisted/on hip) And uncinched can fit up to a 32in waist laid flat theyre a unisex medium theyre about 13.5-14in-18in at the top cinched tightest-loosest

@happyeclectic 13.5-17.5, almost 18 but not quite so ill say max 17.5in across
i normally wear a size small, 3-5, or 26 and they fit me cinched all the way. true size medium.
