This is a very unique and very Rare Issey Miyake jacket circa Fall 2000 collection. Perfect high end luxury Y2K fashion. 3D Dome shape/egg Carton texture. The domes protrude in the front of jacket and are inverted in the back which is perfect when sitting to prevent domes from changing shape.
