RARE Juliette Ozouf Drape Vest Velvet Paris

This one-of-a-kind couture vest is a once in a lifetime find. Juliette Ozouf is a fledgling French designer. I have no idea how this came to be in my neck of the woods, but don't sleep on this. There is a numbered tag, but I do t think it references the size as the French don't size that way and it clearly isn't a US size 1. I dare say it's a production # for what was a new design.
