RARE K.C. Spencer NY Half Brown/Black Velvet Dress

*This dress by K.C. Spencer New York is absolutely gorgeous! It is made of a beautiful velvety material, that's half brown, half black. It has a turtleneck, long sleeves, and an invisible zipper back closure. It's unlined, and has shoulder pads. It's super stretchy, and so flattering on your figure. There is a minor pulled thread at the bottom, and a broken surge stitch showing inside at the bottom. (see pics). It's still in great condition. This dress is a rare find, and a show-stopper!*
