RARE Lip Service Quoth The Raven Skirt XS Gothic

This is a gorgeous floor length velvet skirt. It is from Lip Service's Quoth the Raven line from 2001. RARE find. The velvet on this is amazing!! It is thick, quality deep smokey purple with a black damask print and is just incredible! Zips up the back. Size: Extra Small. ZERO stretch. Waist 27-28" around - meant to fit low on the waist. Hips 34" around. 37" long in front, 41" in back. It has a small "train" look in back. New/old stock, never worn. Tag still attached.
