Extremely rare unisex pouch / clutch handbag from founder of Ghurka and Trafalgar, Marley Hodgson, during his early production of leather goods in the mid-1970s. Created prior to Ghurka's item numbering and registration code system. Handcrafted with high-quality vegetable-tanned saddle leather. British tan with contrast stitching. Front flap with brass snap closure. Raw leather interior with hanging slip pocket, stamped with MH monogram logo. Backside of snap is reinforced with leather backing. Made in USA. Incredible piece for your Ghurka collection - a rare find! Great preowned condition. Leather recently cleaned and conditioned. No holes, missing stitches, cracks, or odors.
