This bag has never been used and the handles are still packaged and on the inside. I lost the tag but the bag was never used. There's a barely visible spot inside the 'stained glass' under the heart where you can kinda see the glue underneath from manufacturing but it's not super visible. The bag is quite large and roomy with a LOT of space in front for pins! not being sold anymore
