Seems to be new in box never in water some parts haven't even been opened the instructional video is there although I do no see paper instructions. The box has some damage. The toy is complete and without damage. It appears to have never been taken out of the package until I did to test it. .The old 9 volt battery was bad and has been replaced.  I looked over the battery pack that powers the boat and saw no damage. I then charged the power pack and bought a 9v for the remote. The paower pack seemed to take a charge well with no issues. Took pictures of the rudder moving as it should. The batteries, including the 9v, are put back in the foam packaging spaces. Nice vintage sailboat ready
