RARE NWT BETSEY JOHNSON VINTAGE COLLECTION DRESS. The dress is brand new with original tags and never been worn. It is in mint excellent condition. This dress is a Collector’s Item and hard to find. This dress is very beautiful! It can be worn strapless or straps can be attached. Removable straps come with the dress as shown in the pics.
