It features elbow length puff sleeves, a wide boat neck with self-tie back, satin-like trim around neckline and tie, and has a keyhole opening in front and back. Long loose stitch and tuft details, and heavyweight material complete this one-of-a-kind designer dress. Color is a gorgeous burgundy and white. Please ask questions before purchase. Due strictly to design of dress, there are what appear to be loose stitches on the dress as can be seen in last picture of length measurement. These are not flaws, but design elements.
