RARE Prada navy velvet platform heels with adjustable ankle strap decorated with emerald rhinestones as a gorgeous accent in size 39.5 with distinct sloped heel. Missing 4 tiny rhinestones on the most outside line (1 each side of each shoe) which are very small and not noticeable..tried to illustrate in final photo. Besides that, excellent condition.
