RARE Smocked Blue Dress Feltman Brothers Embroidery 12/18 Months MINT CONDITION

This Vintage Feltman Brothers Little Girl's Blue Smocked Dress is most adorable!! The dress in done in a lovely pale blue hue.The sweet Peter Pan collar is trimmed in a dainty scalloped lace. The short puff sleeves are banded at the hem and have a matching scalloped lace. Sleeves can be turned up for a sweet cuff or worn down for a different look. The sleeve seam even is trimmed in a petite matching piping (high-end detail). The entire bodice is smocked with a gorgeous accordion design with three horizontal rows of blue and white Chevron (diamond shaped) embroidery. White Petite French bullion rosebuds with blue centers are embroidered within each diamond. The back has an upper button closure and a tieback sash for a perfect fit. Timeless and Classy!!
