RARE Topshop High-waisted A-Line Midi Skirt with Semi-Translucent Panel

Topshop good used condition high waisted black skirt with semi-translucent panel at the bottom. Old-school Topshop, you won’t find this anywhere!! Teeny tear which I didn’t even notice until inspecting the skirt closely. See photos. Worn once. Waist: approx 13.5”. I’m a 28” waist and this fits, although the fabric is not stretchy.
