Rare vintage 80s Hanae Mori women’s black high waist velvet pants. Hanae Mori was Japan’s first internationally recognized female fashion designer and one of the few Japanese designers to be included in Paris Haute Couture. Her designs are celebrated for blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with Western haute couture techniques. These pants are from her ready-to-wear collections from the 80s. Made in Hong Kong 82% rayon, 18% silk Very good conditions Size US W8 / FR 40, but it fits smaller than true to size, running more like a US W6 / FR 38. I’m the model on the pic and it’s a bit too small for me (I do a real US W8/ FR 40) Total waist: 27 inches Total height: 39 inches Inseam: 26 inches
