RARE VINTAGE GUMPS CARVED MOSS IN SNOW JADE PEARL 14k NECKLACE 5 STRAND TORSADE

This is a VINTAGE Gump's Multi-Strand Necklace. This exquisite necklace is accented with a GORGEOUS carved moss in snow jade clasp. The carved jade clasp is designed with a LOVELY bird and leaves. This necklace was made in 1970's for Gump's. The 5 multiple strands of this necklace are comprised of freshwater pearls. It is measures approximately 19 1/2" long (from end of clasp to the end of where the closure for the clasp starts) by approximately 1 1/8"W with the stands loosely laid next to each other. The pearls measure approximately 5/16"L x 3/16"W x 3/16"H. The clasp portion itself is large and measures 1 1/4"L by 11/16"W x 5/16"H. Weighs 93 grams. In-between each bead, it is a double knotted silk thread. Tight closing clasp with a safety on the clasp. This was purchased MANY years ago from Gump's. This is vintage and has been stored away in a safe in a non-smoking home. The clasp is marked, "14k GUMPS." My scale only weighs in 1 gram increments...so it weighs between 93 and 94 grams.
