RARE VINTAGE MALCOLM STARR BLACK VELVET MAXI SKIRT SIZE 8 It is vintage so there is some wear to it. I only notice the wear on the inner layer of the skirt, hook and thread closure has some wear but are still working. Outer layer still looks intact. PLEASE REVIEW MEASURMENTS. THE WAIST SIZE IS TINY.
