Unique Neo Gothic Cosplay Costume Black Bolero Cropped Jacket with Bell Sleeves. Eye and hook closure at the neck, as well as black ribbon ties that you can leave down or tie into a bow/knot. Black ties are also at elbows on each arm to emphasize the bell sleeves. There are light shoulder pads on each shoulder. Fully lined and very well-made.
