Rare find! Iconic designer of “The Frankie” Dress, Frankie Welch. Dress can be tied 7 different ways for different looks. Fabulous mod vibrant print. Frankie Welch designed her dresses for first ladies Betty Ford and Roslyn Carter. Her dresses are on display in various fashion museums. The dress has no size or material tag, but feels like a satiny polyester. Dresses in good condition, but does have a couple areas of discoloration, as seen in the pics it in no way takes away from this amazing dress. Shown on a size 8/10 mannequin and fits very well.
