Awesome vintage Averardo Bessi Button Down Shirt Jacket Made in Italy Pucci-inspired psychedelic print Size 8 Cotton/lycra blend Excellent condition, no stains or rips Bessi signature print and buttons Founded in 1950 by Averardo Bessi, an Italian tailor, the label grew quickly and by 1959 was being exported to be sold in the US. In 1966 Bessi introduced his famously printed fabric with his original designs that were reminiscent of Emilio Pucci, one of his contemporaries. All of his printed pieces contain his signature and he had a very loyal following among European and American women. His pieces are collectible and very wearable.
