sassyco Resort collections are always hard to track down, since there aren't shows for them. If you find it, I'd love to know! Your care tag lacks the URL, which is on tags after 2003. The small serif font labels show up in the late 90s/early 00s, on blouses mostly. Collections before 1996 use the non serif logo.

dollnextdoor @sash356 Hi! Unstretched, laying flat: waist 30”, shoulder-to-shoulder 15”, pit-to-pit: 18.5” (keep in mind, the bust gathers provides additional cup room). The blouse fits TTS in my opinion. For reference, my Royal dress form has a 36” bust and 26” waist.
