RARE Vintage Bodum French Press design by Carsten Jorgensen MADE IN SWITZERLAND Vintage 1980s Bodum French Press cafetière rare design by Carsten Jorgensen. Made in Switzerland. See stamp on bottom in photos. Wonderful collectible item for a coffee lover and fully functional for brewing delicious coffee. Great piece of design history. Part of the ARCHI line. Very cool looking! Both retro and futuristic. SEEN ON STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION. Press housing is white. White press lid is conical with a ball on top of the plunger. Body is glass. Holds 8 ounces / 250 ml of water. Perfect for a single cup morning brew or two demitasse cups after dinner. In very good pre-loved condition. Rarely used, all original parts. You can see a few coffee grounds between the glass and the press housing - they do not impact the performance or overall appearance of this cool kitchen piece at all.
