Good used condition. No rips or stains. Fabric shows normal signs of wear/ distress. Women's size Medium. Approx measurements are 24" long, 20" p2p. 100% cotton. No stretch to it. All buttons are attached, it's very hard to button the bottom & 2nd to the top button because they are on thicker fabric**. The collar has 2 different embroidered patterns that can be visible depending on if you wear it up or down.
