Floaty silk stripe pant by Bill Blass. Wide leg palazzo pants in luxe floral silk charmeuse damask with painterly watercolor stripes. Gathered waist with in-seam pockets and double hook. Small tear inside pocket but can be easily fixed and not noticeable. Over all in excellent conditions. No size but approximately measurement below.
