Beautiful red vintage skirt with original tags from Downtown Express. Size says 13 - BUT I am a 12 and this doesn't come close to fitting. Read measurements carefully, as this skirt does not have any elasticity. The Red, White and Blue Union Made tag was used in clothing from 1975-1992. Perfect condition.
