RARE Vintage Starwear Jeans Women's Denim Skirt

No tag info on this ONE-of-a-KIND vintage beauty. But it has an appropriate 38 inch waistline and is approximately 36 inches long as you can see in the attached photos. Buttons to close on both top sides with designer logos on them. Two slits on both bottom sides, two back pockets with pretty stitch designs. Small tear inside top area where size & material tag was, as depicted in the attached photo.
