RARE Vintage Turquoise 1950's Skirt. Handmade.

Vintage Solid turquoise skirt with white lace embroidered along bottom half and hem line. Spanish style skirt. Can be worn high waisted or at the waist depending on desired style and fit.It has an elastic waist band making it a flattering fit. Fits size small or medium--can be worn with belt. Belt not included. Its a real show stopper when doing a twirl! One of my all time favorites. Think "running of the bulls meets cinco de mayo--or western meets vintage. After all, vintage equals versatility. Excellent condition.
