THE most beautiful deep rich navy blue fringe skirt EVER. It's so unique and absolutely GORGEOUS! It's suede soft and feels extremely high quality. I never got a chance to wear it. It absolutely needs a good home. I can't get over how pretty it is! And it's super well-structured.
