"Yohji Yamamoto FEMME" Designed by Yohji Yamamoto. He founded “Y’s” in 1972 first and then Yohji Yamamoto FEMME line debuted in Paris in 1981. Yamamoto is known for an avant-garde spirit in his clothing, frequently creating designs far removed from current trends. His signature oversized silhouettes often feature drapery in varying textures. Yohji Yamamoto FEMME' collections are predominately made in black, a colour which Yamamoto has described as “modest and arrogant” at the same time. Very rare! These sandals are made of a compression knit that pull on. Padded foot bed and rubber heel. The bottom sole is leather and rubber. Yamamoto’s signature is on the sides. There is no size tag but know them to be size 8. These have been worn and loved. Please see all pics.
