International Ladies Garment Workers Union made skirt! These true vintage pieces are harder and harder to find because people never want to give them up! This particular skirt is in great condition, no major wear at all, and it includes the original 2 buttons in the back! There is a flirty slit in the back on the bottom that I really love! The tag says it's a size 11/12 but that is not true to modern sizes. Laying flat the narrowest part of the waist measures ~14.5 in (Business casual, classic, black, vintage, pencil skirt, holidays, office)
