what are the metals in this, and the carving on top, the scarab, is the carving something of a lost art was casting, or Clay, or carved in wood, or??? lmk Oh, and, what does Gold PI CUff (the PI part) mean?

@sebastiannnyale Hi, thanks for your interest.. the cuff is gold plated (Pl) although I'm not certain of the metal underneath but most likely brass.. the Scarab portion appears to be some type of hard heavy plastic similar to Bakelite but I can't say for sure exactly what it is as I really want able to find much info on this other than the maker.
