RARE older Stop Staring dress, pinup Black sailor style wiggle dress SZ L

This dress has been in my collection at least 10 years. Wore it exactly once. It needs to be dry cleaned (it’s been stored a long time) and it has one small spot under the arm that needs a repair. Not visible when worn and wouldn’t be difficult to fix. This is the black (not navy) version of this dress, with red and white trim. It’s just beautiful and so flattering. This is a large but Stop Staring runs small in my opinion, more of a medium, but also has stretch. Disclaimer: I have two fluffy cats. I keep them out of my closet and lint roll before sending but I can’t guarantee zero cat hair.
