🦋RARE🌟NWT Vintage EDITH FLAGG Dress

New with tags and very rare!!! This dress is an authentic Edith Flagg dress, made between 1960-1980. Has never been worn. No damage to dress or belt accessory. Dress has a velvet bodice with v neck collar, and rhinestones around the hem of collar. High waisted style, waist measuring at 32” at smallest part and does not stretch. Ankle length cut measuring 57” from shoulder to hem. Sleeves are a mix of bishop style and mutton, measuring at 16” in length. Chest measures at 38”.
