RARE,TOO! PURPLE DRESS SZ 5

Beautiful dress with purple feels like velvet top and sash. Bottom has glittery circles (does not come come off when you touch the glitter) has 9” of tulle underneath at the bottom as shown in pic and the rest of skirt is lined in a satin type material.
