High Drama and high waisted. Full length. Tie belt at waist that can be tied in the back front or side. Fitted and waist. Pleated full skirt. Side zip clasp closure. - Decade: 1980s - Condition: Excellent. The clasp hardware on the side hook clasp closure above the zipper missing and needs to be replaced. Easy sew fix.
