Beautiful 100% silk fit, and flare dress from Rauol. Very deep blue, almost black looking, polka dots on taupe background. Sleeveless, hidden side zip, keyhole back opening. There are belt loops but no belt. Sheer silk overlay, silk underneath. Pockets. Hits just below knee. In great condition. No rips or tears. No signs of wear. Size 12.
