bfree22 I'm fairly new to this (just over two weeks) and I had a lady dislike her purchase and wanted to return it because it didn't fit or what-not and that's fine. It's unfortunate, but it happens. However, she purchased a bundle (4 items) and only returned one item. I'm in the middle of a big Poshmark nightmare it feels like to be honest. How do you record your shipments?

stefroden I do not think you should have allowed a return to be made, people need to inquire completely about what they are purchasing and you need to be completely upfront if there are any problems with the item.I set up my camera on a tripod and video tape the entire transaction, from my printing the lable to the packing, sealing and labling the envelope.

stefroden @bfree22 I have had to use this one time, and it was very effective. There will be crappy scammers out there, fight hard and move on. I have been fortunate to find most people on here are honest, but I am prepared if there are those that are not!
