It's frustrating to take the time to wrap your packages, give nice notes, and extra goodies for people to be so blatantly rude and give you a low rating for something that doesn't fit. If you think something is not going to fit you, then you should purchase your clothing at a store. It's not fair you base your rating on if something doesn't fit, because everyone has different bodies. So keep that in mind when rating your fellow poshers. Thank you! 💋

ritarobinson45 I’ve had a lot of sales where they don’t accept it & then I have to wait for Poshmark to release the funds! I have a similar post up about this. Finding lots of people who add lots of stuff to the bundle then ask me to prepare it & they will buy it, then remove the items out and decide they don’t want it or then make up various stories lol. 🤐

What I don’t get is people who buy something & then leave for vacation lol! It Just doesn’t sound safe. So the package will sit on their door step for weeks while they are gone...meanwhile I’m freaking out because they didn’t accept it!

I think they need to make rules or adjustments with the bundle. Also, my prices are so low & then some want additional money taken off! Had one buyer send me an offer for several items as $4.00!!! Nuts!

They should allow you to cancel after 5 days not 7 that's way too long to have to wait.

My moms been really sick don’t think she will be around much longer, but I always get things shipped! I try to ship Monday if a purchase was made on Sunday or late Saturday. Seems the local post office here closes very early. Lol. 💕❤️

thefoxyja47 I send the women a makeup pallet. All the colors were there when I shipped it. I wrapped it up very good so when she received it she said they were all broke up. Then she said colors were missing. I took pictures of the pallet before I send it. But she said colors were missing. I think she took the colors out that she wanted.

Go to her page click on the listing, in the top right hand corner will be 3 vertical dots click that then click on report listing and choose the option harassment. Poshmark will then look into it. If note people used it and went by this listing maybe it will help people realize that just because someone didn't like something or it didn't fit, doesn't mean you have to give them a poor rating. Especially if they take the time to package it nice. I've never given anyone a poor rating I always give five stars simply based in packaging, shipping speed, and courtesy.

Because it did not match the description she got a refund when I wrote in detailed and more about the item and she still decided to move forward with it. Now when I received the item and opened it sure enough it was not in the way I shipped it but dirty. This helps me a lot your the best 😊

lovethesale76 I have told posh it would be helpful for sellers to review the buyers too! I am less likely to sell to someone who I know will not accept the package or try to return it - Stacia I use a sign direct share to them to remind the to accept the package - it has worked wonders...

moonlover570 When love notes go bad.... people can be negative and hateful! There is a way to hide the love notes and also block them just like other platforms. Google for the instructions. I used the block feature one time for someone who was hateful and rude for no reason ❤️

Plus shipping stationary that's not from "The Dollar Store" Plus shipping extra gifts. On top of that they want "discount shipping" & just so they ignore the rating & releasing funds! It's very discouraging & not worth having a poshmark closet for ungrateful "SCAMMERS & THEFTS"

And they receive their package, to not even get a thank you?! At least rate adorate and release funds! There should be a "seller beware with all scammers & thefts listed"

I’m learning the hard way and I’ve only been on Posh since December. How many times have I been blamed because it didn't fit or the color was not as bright as shown or, I could go on and on. It infuriates me to get a low rating because Poshmark kept sending you a notice to rate the item and u felt like they were wanting you to say something negative. valvirden12 Sharing! Omg I had my first sale and I clearly gave the lady measurements. Measured it twice and once on a mannequin. She responded “ Can’t get much more perfect than that! Mailed out the next day to her then she received it, opened a case on me claiming it didn’t fit her! She clearly bought it knowing the measurements I gave her! Now my money is tied up even longer into the case is resolved! She was so ugly and rude! Thanks for posting this!

I had a lady rate me 3 stars on a purse because it wasn’t big as she was expecting, yet measurements were given, full description provided with plenty of photos. And then she put I needed to improve on shipping time... I literally shipped it the exact same day probably within 5-6 hours of her order. 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️

I had no clue the Posher doesn’t get paid! 😕 I also am guilty of bundling! I started bundling because there’s only Bundle or Buy Now..it’s not clear to hit like then go back to your likes to decide. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Very helpful insights about selling in these comments too!

faithoverfear07 @rainydayspour I have this same exact problem people not rating me. I can understand new people but people who has closets here do it to. I even put in my thank you notes to accept and rate me once received but it doesn’t do any good. I sold over 600 listings but I only have a little over 400 love notes because people won’t rate and push had to. I wish they’d do away with this 3 day stuff 48 hrs is plenty of time to see if there’s any flaws etc on what they purchase
