Purchased NWT off boards, arrived in perfect shape and was hung up in the closet. When I went to pack the dress for vacation, the discoloration appeared at the tassels. lisad1013 if I were you..... try taking all of the tassles off, then soaking in bleach/soap & water, twish it around & rinse w/ cold water hang dry, then sew all of the tassles back on! it's such a pretty dress
