hawaiijeno I'm tired of people deciding that they regret their purchase and then pretending that there's a problem with it. I post photos of everything. If you ask for additional photos I provide them. I answer questions before purchase. I'm on here every day. You're not going to wait more than 24 hours for an answer to a question.

hawaiijeno I pack items into their shipping container (box or poly bag) without additional tissue, ribbon, cards, boxes etc. because I am keeping your shipping weight as low as possible. No one wants to pay any more than the flat shipping rate provided by Poshmark. It's expensive enough to ship through them. Do you really want to risk paying an extra 3 dollars to pretend that you're receiving a gift?

hawaiijeno It can't be stressed enough. Poshmark takes 20% off the top of every purchase OR $2.95 if 20% would be less than that amount. Because of this, there are very few items I make more than $10 on. My average 'profit' is about $4.00. I'm happy with this, but it's also why I don't cut my prices by more than a few bucks if you're only buying one thing.

hawaiijeno I do lint roll everything before I send it because I do have a dog. This is not 100% effective. There may be a stray hair or two from either my dog or me on the item. I have a separate listing stating that I have pets. I don't know what else to do to keep this from being a surprise. Don't whine that your item is 'dirty' because it has a piece of dog hair or a piece of my hair on it.

hawaiijeno Everything comes straight from a table sitting in my spare bedroom. I have two piles of folded clothing on a table. These clothes came straight out of my closet. The shoes are lined up under this table. Everything has been washed because I don't put anything into my closet that was worn and not washed. Some people wear things more than once. I'm not that person. That being said, items may have been hanging there for a year or more before I decided to sell them.

hawaiijeno IF AN ITEM HAS TAGS ON IT IT HASN'T BEEN WORN. You know that. You can tell if someone is a scumbag that wears stuff with the tags and then tries to return it to the store. The tags will show some blurring of the ink and curling from being hidden next to their body. I have pictures of the tags of all of my items. I have had two jack offs buy items with tags still attached try to whine that the items 'were clearly worn'. This is why I post multiple photos.

hawaiijeno IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR ITEM IN SHIPPING I WILL NOT CONTEST A REFUND. But have pictures of the item's damage that show that it's the type of thing that could happen in shipping. I understand that the USPS has amazing abilities to damage things in transit. It's happened to everyone at some point. It's not your fault if they mess something up, but it's not my fault either. Don't go crazy, just open a case.

hawaiijeno If you're an jerk towards me I will block you. If you make up stuff about 'damage' to your item I will block you. If you claim that something is 'dirty' I will block you. I'm not a store. The customer isn't always right. If you've ever worked in customer service you know that a certain percentage of people are just awful. If you're that person, I'm just not going to deal with you. It's not worth the $4 to me.

hawaiijeno If you take 3-4 days after you receive something to claim that something is wrong with it, it's pretty clear that you're attempting to scam me. No one opens something damaged and doesn't react. No one gives good feedback and then 3-4 days later decides it's damaged and changes their tune. That shows me that you are a bought it for your special event and then return it douche bag. You are the reason we can't have nice things. I will not deal with you.

hawaiijeno If you don't understand why I put all this information up here, you haven't sold on Poshmark yet. There's not a lot, but there are some true scumbags on this site. They're on every site. Be glad you haven't dealt with them yet.

rhodaneddiehart First off all, if even half of what you've said happens to you sellers then it definitely makes me hesitate to try it myself. Second of all, you go girl! Some times there's just not enough money in the world to keep your mouth shut with jerk-offs. And third, didn't it feel great to, for once, get to say how you really feel? Now then, go do whatever makes you relax (a drink, a smoke, a prayer, some music) and forget about all those people. God bless
