tcaestudio @danalouf I'll have to figure out a way to get it to you privately. In the mean time...i know what post you're speaking of. The best thing to do is let it be. I have gotten some awful feedback twice. One saying I sold a pair of dirty socks (new with tags!) and another that I sold a "super crop top"....it was a Madewell sweatshirt. No crop anything. 🙄. I had written letters to Posh and was so upset. A few weeks later "suggested user".

tcaestudio @danalouf We can't please everyone and the fact that you mailed a package out late because your mother passed on...if anyone doesn't understand that!?!?! C'mon! Dont even think about that feedback. Only the Love Notes post and everyone on here that sells has someone who comes along and has to have some issue. Seriously, we have all been in your shoes. Let it go. It's just not worth it. You have great items and they will sell no matter what. Xo

momoretro I just had something like this happen, I was shocked. I accepted an offer (kind) and shipped ASAP. "the damage is more extensive than pictured....like any use could make it worse, so I don't want to use this bag until I purchase some kind of vinyl repair kit... the price was great but I really wish I'd known that the damage renders this piece "salvageable" and not "usable." @danalouf

momoretro I didn't see anything like that, so I asked her why she accepted the bag? Honestly my feedback/ratings are more important than the $8 I made from the sale. I think folks who don't sell seem more likely to leave negative feedback, I could be wrong. She had no idea she had the option not to accept.

On shoes, for example, I won't sell any that you can see "feet" prints on the inside (eww) and I won't sell anything that's stained or damaged unless I have a buyer

born_againbtq @momoretro who asks if I have a certain kind if item, and I tell them in advance of all damage and only make the listing if they insist that they understand but still want the item. Any time I list something that is a great piece but has a minor flaw that doesn't effect it's otherwise beauty, I take a pic of the flaw up close and mention it in the description.

You seem like an amazing posher and tbh it really isn’t right that posh takes 20% without doing any work! They should at least make upgrades to the app so we can sort thru offers etc. and the sales sheets! It’s kind of bananas!
