This Rebecca Taylor ladies size 14 Feather Fleur Smocked Mock Neck Top is in “Washed Black Combo”, although it reads as brown and cream.  MSRP $275. The smocked yolk with raw-ruffle trim and long slightly puffed sleeves with button cuffs give it a BoHo vibe, yet polished and put together. It’s in a modern floral print and it has soft pleats at the chest. It’s fully lined and it’s 100% cotton. Hand washing or dry cleaning is recommended. Pull over style.  The pit-to-pit measurement is 23.5”, the length is 28” and the sleeves are 24.5” (cuff looks cute turned up). This top looks great tucked in or worn loosely and flowing.
