9”x 12” EUC 3 snaps at top to closer bag . Finished withh silver brads. Adjustable strap 42”. Recycled/ repurposed tires. Made in India. Strap has one tiny rubber bee tear. But not all the wayy through. See pics. I could have cut it off but thought I should leave for you to see. I also took a picture of of the under side of the the strap to see the tiny lift did not go all the wayy through
