This dress was handmade by a tv costumer for a tv show and one of a kind! It marries a Valentino Red floral skirt with a Free People cashmere sweater top to make a very unique dress The cashmere top is from Free People Size: Small Color: Cream Skirt is a pleated Valentino Red flowy skirt Color: Off white with dark pink and green roses on it Size and fabric tag are missing but looks to be XS and silky polyester Skirt is fully lined The top features a deep V neckline and very soft cashmere Buttons with interior hidden snaps in between the buttons so there are no openings or gaps The Free People top still has the tag attached for $78 Measures: 51.5" overall Bust up to 34" (top has stretch) Waist - up to 29" (elastic waist band) The dress is in excellent condition No odors or other issues Name of actress on the interior tag Probably worn once, or not at all, based on the tag still being attached Top comes with an extra button
