RED Valentino Silk Crepe Heart Print Blouse IT40 (fits US 2)

Cleaning out my closet! This is too small for me, otherwise I would NOT sell! It’s an IT40 which is closer to a US 2 or 4. There are pulls throughout the blouse and this is from it being too tight. The interior label at the neck is missing. Price reflects the condition.
