peacheekeene @timetraveler111 sorry just seeing this its navy blue under red and is revetsible...im short 5'3 with big hips ..if it sits on hips it goe to my knees. Let me make sure I put meadurements in description. its really soft nylon material like the old slips...

I have three picture frames size full broaches, I definitely need more colorful petticoats , on the lookout for a good strapless dress that looks kind of vintage.
