New Gorgeous soft leather black leather mini skirt from re/done that is sized small. See the measurement photos as the waist measurement is approximately 31”. It is a nice piece sold to me as new with tags, but it is too large and has no store tags. It also seems to have been repaired around the inner button as pictured. It is a wrap style.
