Polyester, rayon, spandex, very finely made stretch dress slacks. Side zip closure that's hidden, very flattering to figure. 13" flat measurement across waist, 17" across hip with a 2" give, 10 1/2" rise, 28" inseam to fall at ankle closely. These look amazing with the olive colored suit coat (also for sale in the dress suit in my closet)! These are size 2, pretty true to size, can fit a size 0. Lovely! DISCOUNTED PRICE FIRM.
